Went to see Fucked Up playing with Kurt Vile last night (Happy Valentine’s Day, Heather!). It was amazing, although I was surprised to see such a young band — and to hear backing vocals like that from a guitarist that looks like he’s about ten years-old. And their vocalist, who calls himself Pink Eyes, is hilarious — he was basically doing standup comedy between songs, as well as offering his band up as slaves, smashing plastic cups into his forehead, and at one point, poking me and then hugging me. Great night!

Kurt Vile sucked hard by the way.

I’m gonna listen to Fucked Up all day now.
